4. ORDERS & CONTRACT
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers or distributors. If your order is canceled after your payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed. This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of your order.

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We ship physical products within the United States and internationally where available. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. TryPulsePro is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. RETURNS & REFUNDS
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please contact us at support@trypulsepro.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return conditions. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
